As an International Sales Consultant, you are much more than a commercial point of contact. You are a trusted advisor, sparring partner, and guide for organizations looking to expand internationally. Your role is not only to provide solutions, but also to give clients the confidence to grow internationally while minimizing risk.
You will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams. Marketing provides you with high-quality leads, and together with your four Sales colleagues, you will turn these opportunities into consultancy projects and long-term client relationships. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and will have plenty of freedom to take initiative and further develop your advisory role.
What You'll Do
Every day, you will speak with ambitious companies facing important strategic decisions.
Can an employee be hired locally? Is a legal entity required? What are the risks related to employment law, payroll, or compliance? You will analyze each situation, ask the right questions, and recommend the most suitable solution.
Your responsibilities include:
- Advising and supporting clients on international expansion strategies and HR-related challenges;
- Conducting advisory meetings (primarily online) with international companies;
- Preparing and presenting tailored solutions and recommendations;
- Translating complex client challenges into practical and achievable solutions;
- Collaborating with Marketing, Consultancy, and international specialists to deliver the best possible client experience;
- Monitoring market developments and identifying opportunities for new consultancy services.
