As international operations consultant HR Germany you will be part of the country team that is responsible for managing all our German HR & payroll services for our (primarily) non-European clients. You will advise and help them translate their foreign HR policies into employment relationships for their selected employees in Germany. Acting as our client’s HR-department in Germany, you will make sure the employees feel equally at home with us, as they would be with any local employer. Also, you will advise and actively support our clients, their local employees, and their expats in all relevant aspects of HR, labour law, payroll, and labour related immigration.

You will be a solid sparring partner for our management and colleagues around Europe in the field of international HR management and employment outsourcing. You will work closely with our colleagues from the headquarters in the Netherlands and subsidiaries in various other European countries, as well as with strategic business partners in all time zones around the globe. You will also function as the interface to our German business partners in the domain of payroll, accounting, and legal.

This is your job if

You are in possession of a relevant bachelor’s degree and have the equivalent experience and mindset;
You are an expert in German employment law and you have ideally experience in the domain of flexible, contracted, or indirect employment (ETT, Temp work, Professional Employment Outsourcing) or in contractor/consulting services;
You have a full understanding of the entire employment lifecycle with all its aspects and are able to implement and manage these aspects on the job;
You are motivated to learn more about the complex HR-, employment-, legal-, payroll-, tax- and immigration regulations particularly in our international employment outsourcing context;
You have experience with these topics above in more countries (Europe). This is a strong plus!;
You have a very good and professional command of the German and English language (C1 level or higher) both written and spoken;
Your flexibility and empathy have no limits given our global work environment and the multicultural backgrounds that you would be dealing with;
You are attentive to processes and details regarding your work, tasks given to you, and in tying up loose ends. Dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously does not impose any problems on you. You have an open mindset and you are flexible enough to apply your knowledge and experience in totally different ways of working. Moreover, you act pro-actively on topics that could be improved.

Our offer

0.5 FTE per week;
A starting salary of between €3150 and €4350 gross per month (depending on your experience);

Du wirst Teil eines Teams, das für die Steuerung aller Personal- und Lohnabrechnungsdienstleistungen für unser (hauptsächlich) nicht europäisches Klientel verantwortlich ist. Du berätst und unterstützt diese dabei ihre landesspezifischen Vorgehensweisen für ausgewählte Angestellte in Beschäftigungsverhältnisse in Deutschland umzusetzen. Dabei agierst du als Personalabteilung unseres Klientel in Deutschland und stellst sicher, dass Beschäftigte sich bei uns genauso zu Hause fühlen wie bei einem lokalen Arbeitgeber.

Darüber hinaus berätst und unterstützt du aktiv unser Klientel und deren lokale und entsandte Angestellte in allen relevanten Aspekten des Arbeitsrechts, der Lohnabrechnung und der erwerbsbezogenen Zuwanderung.

Du bist eine zuverlässige Kontaktperson für unser Management und Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Europa auf dem Gebiet des internationalem Personalmanagements und der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Du wirst eng mit den Teams unseres Hauptsitzes in den Niederlanden und dessen Niederlassungen in verschiedenen europäischen Ländern zusammenarbeiten, sowie mit strategischen Business Partnern in verschiedenen Zeitzonen, weltweit. Außerdem wirst du auch als Schnittstelle für unsere deutschen Business Partner in den Bereichen Lohnabrechnung, Buchhaltung und Recht fungieren.

Das ist dein job, wenn…

Du einen einschlägigen Bachelor-Abschluss hast und du sowohl die Erfahrung als auch das entsprechende mindset mitbringst.
Du verfügst über gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse und konntest bereits Erfahrung im Personalbereich sammeln.
Du ein ganzheitliches Verständnis des Beschäftigungszyklus hast und dies auch anwenden kannst.
Du motiviert bist, mehr über komplexe rechtliche und steuerliche Aspekte des Personalrechts und Einwanderungsbestimmungen zu lernen, insbesondere im Kontext der internationalen Arbeitnehmerüberlassung.
Du idealerweise auch bereits Erfahrung in diesem Bereich in anderen Ländern sammeln konntest.
Du die deutsche und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift fließend beherrschst (C1 Niveau oder besser ist zwingend erforderlich!)
Deine Flexibilität und Empathie keine Grenzen kennt und du diese Fähigkeiten beim Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit verschiedenen Kulturen anwenden kannst.

Du hast eine sorgfältige Vorgehensweise und ein Auge für Details. Du packst mit an und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben von Anfang bis Ende. Es ist kein Problem für dich an verschiedenen Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu arbeiten.
