As a Junior International HR Consultant Netherlands an Belgium, you will support international clients with their HR questions in the Netherlands and Belgium and gradually learn how to guide them through the local employment landscape. From onboarding and employee support to contracts, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, you will help clients build and support their teams with confidence.

What You’ll Do
Every day, you will work with international companies that rely on Parakar to be their local HR expert in the Netherlands and Belgum. You will support employees and managers, learn how to advise on employment-related topics, and help clients stay compliant while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting international clients and their employees with HR-related questions in the Netherlands and Belgium;
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, immigration, absence, leave, and other day-to-day HR processes;
- Learning how to translate client questions into practical and compliant HR solutions;
- Supporting broader HR Services projects beyond Employer of Record (EOR) solutions;
- Working closely with payroll, legal, and international HR colleagues to deliver a smooth client experience;
- Building strong relationships with clients and developing into a trusted HR partner;
- Contributing to process improvements and learning how technology and new tools support the way we work.
