As a Junior International HR Consultant Netherlands an Belgium, you will support international clients with their HR questions in the Netherlands and Belgium and gradually learn how to guide them through the local employment landscape. From onboarding and employee support to contracts, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, you will help clients build and support their teams with confidence.

What You’ll Do
Every day, you will work with international companies that rely on Parakar to be their local HR expert in the Netherlands and Belgum. You will support employees and managers, learn how to advise on employment-related topics, and help clients stay compliant while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting international clients and their employees with HR-related questions in the Netherlands and Belgium;
  • Assisting with onboarding, offboarding, immigration, absence, leave, and other day-to-day HR processes;
  • Learning how to translate client questions into practical and compliant HR solutions;
  • Supporting broader HR Services projects beyond Employer of Record (EOR) solutions;
  • Working closely with payroll, legal, and international HR colleagues to deliver a smooth client experience;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and developing into a trusted HR partner;
  • Contributing to process improvements and learning how technology and new tools support the way we work.

You are at the start of your HR career and excited to develop yourself in an international consultancy environment. You are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and feel motivated by the idea of helping clients solve practical HR challenges.
You recognize yourself in the following:
  • You recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, or a related field;
  • You preferably gained some first HR experience through an internship, part-time role, or graduation project;
  • You are eager to learn more about Dutch HR legislation, payroll, and compliance in an international context;
  • You are open to pick up Belgium HR and expanding your knowledge beyond the Dutch market;
  • You are curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions;
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and no two days are exactly the same;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • You are available to work from our Breda office on a regular basis;
  • We welcome both full-time and part-time candidates, with a minimum availability of 28 hours per week.

  • A gross monthly salary between €2750 and €3300;
  • A bonus scheme allowing you to earn up to 10% of your annual salary in addition to your base salary;
