As Head of HR Services, you take full ownership of shaping, developing and leading our HR Services product. You bridge strategy, sales and execution, ensuring our services are attractive, future-proof, customer-focused and commercially successful.
You will work closely with sales, operations, other product heads and senior leadership. Your mission is to strengthen our HR product portfolio, expand our customer base and ensure strong execution. You translate market trends, customer needs and strategy into scalable, high-quality services that keep Parakar ahead of the market.

You can be based in any of the countries where Parakar is located, which is in NL, BE, DE, FR, ES, PT, IT, UK, IE or PL.
What you will do:
- Own and continuously improve the HR Services product, translating customer needs and market trends into scalable, future-proof services;
- Drive growth and profitability by managing the product portfolio and supporting sales as the product expert;
- Shape market positioning together with marketing and actively contribute to winning new business;
- Ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery in close collaboration with Operations, optimizing processes, systems and partnerships;
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, building strong relationships and translating feedback into improvements and opportunities;
- Set and monitor financial targets, using data and insights to steer performance;
- Represent HR Services internally and externally, clearly communicating its value and direction;
- Take a hands-on approach: from strategy to execution, including supporting key clients when needed.
This is a role where the goalposts are always moving. You are someone who likes to work hard and who is motivated by the fact that this is a job that is never finished.
You have a strong HR background and a proven track record of building and scaling HR services or an adjacent product. Ideally you have a strong network of potential customers and partners, or you are prepared to work hard to build such a network through externally facing market activities.
You will have strong direct impact on both customer success and the overall growth and financial success of Parakar.
