The job
As Junior Salesforce Administrator & User Support, you'll be the first point of contact for Salesforce users. You'll help them navigate the platform, troubleshooting issues, and manage access and user accounts. You will also support the ongoing improvement of Salesforces configurations, including page layouts, field, validation rules, and other platform elements.
A key part of your role will be Flow automation. You'll translate operational steps into clear, maintainable Flow logic, identify patterns in user errors, and build or improve Flows based on defined business processes. You'll also monitor data quality across core Salesforce objects and create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Collaboration and communication are central to the role. You'll work closely with users to understand how Salesforce is used in practice, communicate changes clearly, and support user adoption. If you're eager to grow, you will have the chance to gradually learn more advance topics such as Apex, SOQL, integrations, and Visualforce pages within our broader technology landscape.
