The job
As a Junior International HR Operations Consultant France, you will support the country team responsible for managing our French HR & payroll services for primarily non-European clients. This is an administrative role, where you will assist with day-to-day tasks and operations, including administrative tasks, drafting contracts, and responding to employee/client questions. Acting as part of the client’s HR team from France, you will help ensure employees feel comfortable and well-supported, just as they would with any local employer.
You will support colleagues across Europe in international HR management and employment outsourcing. You will collaborate closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands, other European subsidiaries, and strategic business partners worldwide. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating with our French partners in payroll, accounting, and legal matters.
